I don’t know about you, but I have a difficult time developing good habits that stick with me throughout my life.
Sometimes I feel like at times every day, every week, or every month is like January 1st of the New Year. I set goals and resolutions only to see them incomplete.
The difference lies in the habits we form. All throughout our lives we have developed bad habits and that needs to change…
…we need to create and develop good habits and become their slave.
