How to Use Junk Mail to Generate Leads

We all get them…junk mail. It’s about the only thing that the Post Office is good for these days.

Depending on the household, but I would gander to say that an average household receives 15-25 solicitation offers in the mail each month…maybe more.

They could be credit card offers, magazine subscriptions, election surveys, college enrollments, and more! 99% of the time these offers don’t even get opened and are immediately deposited into the trash can…

…a trash can that now has a potential FREE lead for your primary business or product!

See on most of the junk mail that comes in, it includes an envelope to send information back to the solicitor with the words “NO POSTAGE NECESSARY IF MAILED IN THE UNITED STATES” in the upper right-hand corner.

Isn’t that a B-E-A-UTIFUL phrase? No postage necessary…FREE.

So how can you get a free lead by using these junk mail envelopes? Here’s an example of what I put in the envelope, seal it up, and put it back in the mail:

Some person who’s getting minimum wage to open envelopes will see YOUR AD, which means one new exposure for you and your business or product. Within your own home, this means 15-25 free new exposures every month!

But what if you went to your neighbors and asked them to save their pre-paid junk mail envelopes instead of throwing them away to give to you to use! This could literally mean hundreds of new exposures and leads each and every month!
