There’s a lot of things in life that keeps us from progressing and moving forward, but the number one reason is fear…
…is fear holding you back?
Fear of failure?
Fear of success?
Fear of what other do or say?
Fear of offending someone?
The list can go on and on and one, but what fear does most is stop us in our tracks. We no longer move forward in our lives.
I have a 4-year old daughter and a 2-year old son, and they often say that they are scared for one reason or another. Most of the time there’s absolutely no rhyme or reason to their fear…
…since they are just kids, my ability to reassure them that there’s nothing to be scared about doesn’t do much good. Even my attempts to teach them that fear is not an attribute of God and have them repeat positive manifestations like, “I’m not scared, I am confident.”
I can hope that somewhere in their subconscious minds that these ideas and principles will resurface in their time of need later in life. In the meantime, all I can do is hold them tight, tell them that daddy’s hear to keep them safe, and there’s nothing to worry about.
