Right now, most people are jotting down goals and resolutions on a piece of paper motivated to improving some aspect of their life like losing weight, eating better, exercise, work less, make more money and on and on and on…
With that being said, there’s absolutely NOTHING wrong with setting goals and resolutions to improve your well-being. I am a practitioner of personal development and am constantly working harder on myself than my “job” … My unusual main intention isn’t for me. I explain in the following video:
