I’ve been a follower of Dave Ramsey for quite some time. He’s a big financial guru that counsels people in common sense principles of getting out of debt and becoming financially free.
So this time of year I begin to reflect on the past 11 months and look over my goals and resolutions and see what worked, what didn’t. What I needed to improve and where I need to make adjustments. A lot of people wait until January 1st to set new resolutions…not me. I’m looking right now on the things I want to accomplish for 2013 and beyond.
I was researching goal setting and came across an audio of Dave Ramsey…
…again, common sense principles in setting and keeping goals. Dave breaks it down and explains it so easily it’d have to take a MORON not to get!
It’s definitely worth the 8-minutes. In the audio, Dave explains how nobody gets it! Except those people that win.
One thing I wanted to touch on is that Mr. Ramsey talked about if you want to be rich you need to see what rich people are doing and do the same…
…or see what poor broke people do and do the opposite. Same as with anything else. If you want to lose weight, see what a skinny person does…etc. Anyway, common sense speaks for itself.
