I’m about to share with you the the secret of losing weight. It has been kept through the ages and passed down from key holder to key holder through the generations of time.

Sounds simple…common sense right? Then why is it so difficult to just do it?! Og Mandino wrote in his book “The Greatest Salesman of the World” the following:

EAT LESS – this may start by only eating out 3 times a week instead of 4. Or it may to not drink as much soda. Focus on high calorie and processed foods. These do nothing but stunt your progress. The key is to be consistent and make it a habit so that will become a part of our lives.
EXERCISE – this may start by waking up 20 minutes earlier than you normally do and taking a 15-minute walk and progressing everyday. Walking turns into speed walking. Speed walking to jogging and jogging to running. The point is to do something! Do some jumping jacks in your front room for five minutes if you must.
A little humor, but when all is said and done it really is that simple. 99% of it is within our own minds. Currently our body controls it and we need to learn to train the mind to control the body. As you make the decision and implement the secret of losing weight you will experience increased energy, clarity of mind, and more self-confidence. The power lies within you!
